This delicious appetizer was made by our friend Mary and though simple to make, the flavors were complex.
The prosciutto slices are spread with goat cheese and wrapped around lightly grilled and seasoned asparagus.
These are really delicious and disappeared quickly!

It appears that the link to the recipe isn’t working. I can pretty much figure out how to make these; it would be good to know the oven temp and how long you recommend heating them.

Sorry the link was not working. They actually get briefly grilled before wrapping. The point is to add a little flavor from the grill, and soften them slightly.
