In this time of quarantine, I decided (with the urging of a friend) to try my hand at some cooking videos. Here is my first, and I am certain it will not win any Oscars this year!
Sous vide is an interesting cooking technique and my son Andrew has become an expert. One of the best products of this method is a nice thick steak. Here is the technique for a sous vide steak.
