These tiny tacos were truly memorable! The tender meat of beef short ribs, exploding with flavor, sat atop a 2″ corn tortilla and was garnished with chopped onions, cilantro, Mexican Queso Blanco and fresh salsa.
Every bite made me wistful that it would soon be gone!
