After a late and raucous night, this morning called for a large pot of coffee and a rejuvenating breakfast. Everyone has their own hangover remedies but for me it must include hot sauce and carbs.
Today that took the form of Cheesy grits topped with a fried egg and hot sauce. As the vinegary hot sauce and the rich yolk spills down into the buttery grits it creates what I call the “Poor Man’s Hollandaise”
I arose from this meal a new man!
